Every kid looks forward to the two best holidays of the year, Halloween and Christmas. Some look forward to these holidays more than others, but most can agree that these holidays are the most rewarding times of the year. But what if there was a town dedicated to the spirit and celebration of Halloween. A place where the monsters of Halloween are common on the streets, from the boogieman, to demented trick-of-treaters to a sewer monster. This is a place called Halloween Town.

Jack Skellington, the king of Halloween, rules it. Our story begins with on a Halloween night, when Jack Skellington rises out of the town well, which has been done every year on every Halloween. Jack begins to grow tired of Halloween and leaves town and wanders through the country. In the morning he comes across a clearing with tree surrounding it. On each tree is a door, shaped like a different picture, one with an egg, and another with a pine tree and many others. Jack enters the one shaped like the pine tree and is whisked off to Christmas Town, where his adventure begins. With a wacky story written by Tim Burton (Director of Edward Scissorhands) this movie is sure to charm all from young to old
